We do not require a damage deposit. We will ask for 50% of the booking fee at the time of booking with the other 50% being due a minimum of 5 days before check-in. We also ask that anyone booking is at least 21 years of age and no parties are allowed.

We provide a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking as long as your initial check-in date is at least 14 days away. We provide a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Yes, we do allow pets. We have two dogs of our own and take them with us when we can when we travel. Please use your judgement if deciding to leave your dog at the home alone.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00PM and our standard check-out time is 11:00AM. We do offer early check-in and/or late check-out if we do not have same day bookings. If we have a same day check-in we can not offer late check-out because of how long it takes to prepare our home. If you are interested in late check-out please contact us the night before so we can confirm if it is an option and if it is we can notify our turnover team as sometimes they are coming from more than a town away to arrive by 11:00AM.

We ask guests to please leave their used towels in the bath tub when they leave. If you have time to start the dishwasher and take out your trash on your way out that is very appreciated but not required. We basically ask you to keep the home in the same condition you would if you were staying with an aunt.
